I haven't received my order confirmation — what should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first — confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, get in touch with the email address you used at checkout and we'll track it down and resend it.
How long does order processing take?
We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ship the next business day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon through Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. For in-stock items, total delive
