We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns are processed as store credit, which never expires and can be used on any future order — including Ring Club drops and new releases. Return shipping is at your cost, and a $15 AUD handling and restocking fee applies to cover the cost of polishing and repackaging your piece.
