Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from use. Things not covered include impact damage, chemical exposure (perfume, chlorine, saltwater), improper storage in damp conditions, and cuff snaps from incorrect use. Sterling silver patina and tarnishing is a natural characteristic of genuine silver — not a defect — and is easily polished back. Gold vermeil plating that wears through after 6 months of use is normal wear; we offer a professional replating service for $99 AUD to restore it. (Plating breakdown within 6 months is covered under warranty.)
