The recipient contacts us with the order number (the purchaser can share this from their order confirmation email). We'll confirm it's within the 30-day exchange window, then set up the size exchange through our returns portal. If the ring sizer kit was used, return shipping is on us (Perfect Fit Guarantee). Otherwise, return shipping is at the recipient's cost. We'll ship the new size as soon as we receive the original back.
