Every Merchants® piece carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty. If your piece develops a manufacturing defect at any point — things like clasp failure, structural breakage from normal wear, or loose settings — we'll replace it or issue store credit, your choice. For gold vermeil pieces, if the plating breaks down within 6 months of purchase, that's also covered as a manufacturing defect. Just send us a couple of photos of the issue and we'll take it from there. We cover all return shipping on warranty claims.
