Yes. You can combine store credit or a gift card with another payment method at checkout. For example, you could use store credit toward part of the order and pay the remainder with a card or Afterpay. The only limitation is that you can't combine two "buy now, pay later" services (like Afterpay and PayPal Credit) together.
