How do I access Ring Club?
Ring Club is open to all customers on our mailing list. Subscribers get early access 48 hours before the general public drop goes live. If you're not subscribed yet, sign up on our website and you'll be notified before the next drop.
When do drops go live?
Drops typically go live at 5 PM AEST in the last week of each month. Subscribers get early access 48 hours before the public launch. Set a reminder — these sell out fast.
How much do Ring Club pieces cost?
Ring Club pieces range from $149–$349 AUD, depending on the design.
Will a sold-out design be restocked?
Never. Ring Club drops are one-time only — this is the only time you'll ever have access to a particular design. Once it's gone, it's archived forever. That's what makes each piece a genuine collector's item.
Can I reserve a ring before the drop?
Ring Club is strictly first-come, first-served once it goes live — no reservations. Set a reminder for the drop time and check out as soon as it launches.
I missed the drop — can I get on a waiting list?

My Ring Club ring arrived defective — what do I do?
Even though Ring Club is final sale, our lifetime craftsmanship warranty absolutely covers manufacturing defects. Send us a couple of photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or store credit — your choice. We'll cover the return shipping.
How long will it take to receive my Ring Club ring?
Ring Club pieces are made to order, so each one is handcrafted after you place your order. Production typically takes 3–7 weeks. You'll receive updates on your order's progress along the way, and full tracking details once it ships.
