Cuffs are designed to be slid on, not pried open. If the snap became loose or damaged from incorrect use (twisting or forcing during removal), that's typically not a manufacturing defect. However, send us a photo and we'll take a look — if it's a manufacturing issue, it's absolutely covered under our warranty. We also offer a repair service that can restore snap functionality.
