Gifting jewelry is always a bit of a guess, but here are your options:

• Buy a metal gift card +  ring sizer kit ($5 AUD + a $20 store credit) — it's actually a great part of the unboxing experience, and it activates our Perfect Fit Guarantee so the recipient can exchange for free if the size isn't right once they order (we cover return shipping).
• Shop other categories: bracelets, necklaces, pendants and accessories are always great back up choices if you're unsure on their ring size.
• Estimate based on build: Slim build tends to be size 8–9, medium build 9–10, and larger build 10–12. These are rough estimates, but they're a good starting point if you really want to roll the dice. Not a method we recommend though. 
• Use the exchange window: The recipient can exchange within 30 days if the size isn't right (return shipping is at the recipient's cost unless the RSK was used).
